Negative: Room 1 - a bit rough round the edges, damaged doors, needs new shower. After we checked in, the Manager tried to move us to a different hotel which we refused.

Positive: Location wise pretty good with a decent amount of parking spaces, which could fill up during dinner hours due to the restaurant though. There's a creek next to the building for a quick stroll.

Negative: Extremely thin walls - be ready to hear everything. Especially toilets being flushed. Breakfast was on order, with slim pickings for vegetarians. A plate of different cheeses with a couple of cucumber and tomato slices.
